The Dzherelo Educational and Rehabilitation Center Charitable Institution was founded in 1993 by Nadiya parents and volunteers from Canada. In 2008, with the support of the Lviv City Council and in partnership with the Department of Social Protection, the Lviv City Rehabilitation Center was established on the basis of Dzherela.

Dedication of the premises and the first preschool children during the feast of St. Nicholas. Training and Rehabilitation Center “Source” begins work on the basis of the preschool institution № 172 on the street Shafarika in the city of Lviv. There are two preschool groups for children with musculoskeletal disorders.
